Here is an example of an artist who created a place which he believes represents himself, his art of photography, and his passion for it.

A professional photographer, Ravi Hongal, 49, from Belgaum, Karnataka, has built a house which looks like a camera. The pictures of the house got viral and became sensational news. According to sources, Ravi Hongal who is passionate about photography started-off as a photographer in 1986 and made his hobby a career. His love for it became evident when he named his children after famous camera brands – Canon, Nikon, and Epson, even when his relatives found these names odd and opposed the idea. His constant efforts, love & passion for photography are undoubtedly the main factors behind this creative architecture, while his wife Kripa Hongal has also been a great support through-out.

The couple always dreamt of having a house like a camera and planned towards it. They found architect and engineers who helped them design and build their dream house. Today they have a house which resembles a DSLR camera. The exterior royally wear brand names – Epson, Canon, and Nikon. It has windows in the form of Camera Lens and Flash. One of the balconies railings is designed as a black camera film. Also, there are features like memory card and camera shutter. The interiors are said to have been designed to depict various features of the camera. The house name is CLICK.

The couple also shared information about years of savings, selling their old house, and borrowing money from close ones to build this camera house worth 72 Laks INR approximately. A proud family for whom, it is not just a house, but an icon of love, passion and emotions. The family is indeed living a passionate life of photography with ‘Click’!
